Start off with your choice of ground meat. For this cook, Stavi is going with all ground beef. Have your Montreal Steak Seasoning and A1 ready on standby.
Once your pan is hot, add the patties and coat eat with a liberal layer of A1.
Once you complete a full rotation of flips, add a coating of Montreal Steak Seasoning to the top side, and then the reverse side on the next flip.
Continue to cook until done, and pair with your choice of side.
